We’re very happy to announce the availability of RAD Studio, Delphi and C++Builder 12.
Embarcadero has a great post up outlining the major changes, but it includes the most significant updates and new featires for C++ in years, major improvements in FireMonkey via the Skia support, plus a bunch of Delphi RTL, Language and VCL changes.
In addition, there is the What’s New webinar on Nov 9th US time, where you can hear directly from the team on all the new additions.
If you have an active Update Subscription, you can download it already. If you’re not sure how to download new versions, we wrote up a guide awhile ago to help.
If you don’t have an active subscription, but would like to check out the changes, the Trial version has also been updated.
Lastly, we do have a promotional offer on new licenses at the moment, so if you’d like to upgrade, now might be a great time.
We are updating our website as we speak, but rest assured if you buy now you’ll be receiving version 12, despite what the website might say.
Any issues or questions, please let us know. Otherwise, have fun checking out the new goodies.
