We’re very happy to announce the availability of RAD Studio, Delphi and C++Builder 12.3.
Marco has a great post up outlining the major changes, which span many of the feature areas of the product. However probably the biggest change is the initial release of a fully 64 bit IDE!

If you have an active Update Subscription, you can download it already. If you’re not sure how to download new versions, we wrote up a guide awhile ago to help.
If you don’t have an active subscription, but would like to check out the changes, the Trial version has also been updated.
Lastly, we do have a promotional offer on new licenses at the moment, including an offer that gives you 30 months of new releases as part of the deal, so if you’d like to upgrade, now might be a great time.
