TestRail Professional Server Pricing
TestRail Professional Server (for an installation of TestRail on your own server) is licensed per active named user. This means that every person who needs to login to TestRail requires a license. Licenses are annual and include full support and updates.
If a user no longer needs access to TestRail, that account can be disabled and another user account can be added or activated instead. You can also easily add additional licenses by upgrading to a higher license pack at any time. We automatically notify customers to renew the license when it expires.

Included Support
TestRail licenses come with full support and all minor and major upgrades. Customers with an active license can download the latest TestRail version from our customer portal. Our TestRail support includes:
- Free and unlimited technical support
- Minor upgrades (ex: 2.1 → 2.2)
- Major upgrades (ex: 2.0 → 3.0)
